while generating OTP fir dir 3kyc, the director is not receiving OTP.
is it only with us or anyone is also facing the same problem?

There is no such error arising while generating OTP for DIR-3 KYC.
In case OTP is not getting received on mobile, you may check with the telecom operator. may be Do not Disturb Option is availed in the phone. You need to deactivate DND option in phone. You will receive the OTP thereafter.
