is it mandatory to give present address or just pre fill the permanent address

2) if present address is mandatory means what attachment should I enclose

No!
U cannot simply pre - fill without confirming from directors.
If the present and permanent address are different..
like one on Aadhar Card and other on Passport..Then you need confirm through them about the present and permanent address.
According attach the documents.

2) And if present address is mandatory you can attach Electricity Bill.
