dir3 kyc form is applicable or not for directors to whom DIN is alloted after 31 mar 2018 and or on 1 aug 2018

Any person to whom DIN is allotted after 31-3-2018 is required to file kyc form next year by 30-4-2019 n not in current financial year

DIN Alloted Before 31.3.2018 is only required to file DIR 3 E-KYC before 31.08.2018.How ever DIN alloted after 31.3.2018 is required to file after 31.3.2019 and before 30.4.2019.DIR 3 E-KYC.Required to Comply annually.
