without thinking anything and without asking for comments on draft rules, government is throwing each and every work on the professionals, instead of linking the DIN with AADHAR and PAN by themselves
DIR KYC is real headache and Mr. Modiji says he has made ease of doing business in India. ridiculous.

e filing is worst form of compliance for income tax and mca. doing business is very cumbersome and very boring and the worst is time consuming. in physical form days , we incorporate company within 2 visits to roc, now god only knows. iam discontinuing all my business, worst is incorporating and running company in India. proprietor form is best form in India. you can live enjoy your time in your life.
