Form DIR-3 needs to be signed by a CA or CS or existing director. If he is the first director of company without a CA or CS can we sign the form

FORM DIR 3 SHALL BE SIGNED BY APPLICANT HIMSELF USING HIS OWN DSC AND SHALL BE VERIFIED DIGITALLY BY cOMPANY SECRETARY IN EMPLOYMENT OR MANAGING DIRECTOR OR DIRECTOR IN WHICH THE APPLICANT IS APPOINTED AS THE DIRECTOR

OR BY CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT IN PRACTICE OR COMPANY SECRETARY OR COST ACCOUNTANT IN PRACTISE

what if the company applying for DIN for the first time since no director or MD who can sign

If the Company is applying DIN for the first time , then by the applicant himself and by the Practising Chartered Accountant or by Practising Company Secretary
