I am also facing the same issue. I have the softwares suggested by MCA https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca/common/system.H T M L

Windows 8

IE10

Adobe Reader 10.1.4

Java - JRE 6u30 (Java Runtime Environment)

When I click on the box "To be digitally signed by the applicant"... nothing happens.

My DSC is from e-Mudhra on USB token.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

You are required to Fill up the Form first Completly, Including the full information of Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary signing the Form. Then Click on the Check Form, It shows a Message like Prescrutiny Successful, The you can You the Digital Signature to sign the Form.

Hello All, I have filled up DIR 3 form and having DSC token as well. But still I am not able to sign the form digitally. When i click on box next to 'To be signed by the applicant' it doesnt work anymore. I trued uupdating Java to latest as well as 6u30 version. Also I am not able to put anything under Verification. Please help me for the same. Your valuable response will be appriciated.

Dear Friend, Your problem is not clear and I am not getting the same. Exactly what are the problems you are facing. You may please contact the Professional for getting your DIN . I further suggest please make sure that you have downloaded the latest verson of Form and Fillour it Completly the try to attach sign.

I understand the problem faced by you :

DO the following

Fill in all the details , also the checkboxes

You need not key in verification details ( its a flaw in the DIR - 3 form, by default its un-editable)

After filling all the mandatory details & checking all the desired check boxes , click CHECK FORM

Once you click CHECK FORM - Automatically verification details will appear , and you will be able to use Digital Signature.

After uploading the DSC - PRESCRUTINY the form

SUBMIT

PS : By default verification columns are uneditable.

After filing all the details press check form and then put the DSC and then prescrutiny, remember to install the DSC software

please anyone suggest is this proper way to fill dir-3 form or not,

firslty i did my dsc then saved the file and mailed it to a C.A. for signing then he signed it digitally and uploading it on server then its showing validation failed.please tell me the errors?

You should try once again after validating once again, It will show you the error report after validation, You may also pre Scrutinise it again before validating.
