Dir - 12 attachements in case of a private limited company ?

For Change in Designation, no mandatory attachments are requried.

However, you may attach Board Resolution.

Thanks for your input; i just have the following query ?

Dir - 8 is necessary for fresh appointment of Directors / Additional Directors. Is it required for mere changing of designation of existing Directors ?

Thanks for Clarifying; But we are being advised that it would be desirable to attach along with the resolution the following:

1. MBP -1 and DIR - 8 of Directors

2. DIR -2 and Id Proof and Address Proof of Directors.

3. Consent Letters.

Kindly advise whether all these are necessary sir. Thanks in advance

DIR-8 is not required. It is requried only when a company is appointing or reappointing a Director. Here in your case, MD/WTD will remain a Director. Their term is not expiring.

I have mentioned that for Change in Designation, the attachments are not mandatory. However, it is upto you, if you would like to attach any documents or not.
