Please help me with a problem which i faced in E filing
A Compay X Pvt Ltd had three directors. It appointed 2 new directors on 22nd May 2014 and all three old directors resigned on 23rd May 2014. Form DIR 11 was filed by the Directors but the Company has not yet filed DIR 12 for the appointments and resignation. Now as per MCA there are no authorised signatories in the Company and DIR 12 is not allowed to be digitally signed.

Even I am facing the same problem. I met the RoC and was told that you file Form CG-1 after the Central Govt will appoint the directors. I am puzzled with the solution offered.. Can anyone suggest anything??
