In a private limited company two directors have been filed form DIR-11, now the company wants to appoint new directors in place of resigned director. can any one suggest how to use dsc of resigned director for the new appointment. there is a notification in this regard found but can any one explain the process??

If both the Directors was a regular Director on board then remaining director can appointed director in place of 2 old Directors as casual vacancy if AOA permit them to do so if AOA doesn't permit to do so then Company can fill casual vacancy in GM.
