DipIFRS career advise

hi, Can any advise for below.

I am Accountant with 4yeras experience in a private Ltd company. and my qualification is B.com+ICWA inter. will be preparing for finals some time later..but mean while I wanted to do some certification course like DipIFRS. but now i am in dilemma, if i invest in IFRS, can I get worth and value added to my profile and better package if i go out with IFRS in hands.. please advise.
