who can sign degitaly on DIN1?
applicant can degitally sign on DIN1 if they are not CA/CS/CWA?
if applicant can sign then why it not show in the DIN1 degitally sign by aaplicant

DIN 1 should be signed by the practicing CA/CWA/CS digitally......applicant has to only self attest the attached documents...
DIn 1 Form can be digitally sign by following persons:
1. Practising CA/CS or CWA
2. Company Secretary in whole time employment in the Company in which the applicant is proposed to be a director. However it cannot be digitaly signed by the applicant itself.
