Respected sir,

I have not done kyc of X person director of Pvt ltd company .
now I want to surrender his DIN

Sir... Stil time is there to file DIR 3 KYC form til 5th october 2018 by making payment of INR 500

Without doing KYC u cant surrender DIN. Also, if X person was associated with any LLP/company or is currently Associated, DIN cant be surrendered in such case
