I want to surrender my DIN, how can I do.
Please also advise me if I do so, than I have to file DIR-3 or not.

You need to file DIR-5 along with certain information like proof of identity,address, digital signature etc.
DIN can not be surrendered if u have used it for appointment in any entity. Otherwise, u can file DIR-5 with ROC
