Dear All,

Please manage to provide the details which are required to be mentioned under the name of Director signing the Resolution as per Companies Act, 2013.

As per Section 158 of the Companies Act, 2013 there is an obligation to indicate DIN  of Director signing the resolution .Now my question is whether there is any requirement to mention the Address of the Director also under his signatures and DIN ?

And if Yes then please refer the governing Section or the Rule.
