candian citizen is present indsia (4 month business visa holder)to open new company. he have valid passport and visa  for obtaining DIN .   who will attest his id proof and residential proof  in india

he firstly intendent to join as  director one existing indian company, managing director of existing  company has qualified to attest his document?

if  he start new company after this ? if you need to apply new din for new company
