Din cancellation or deactivation

Kindly refer to exact provisions

Your goodself is talking about 11(f) and i m asking for 11(b)

say for example we are talking about the old system of Din applicaiton in which we are supposed to send the physical forms to din cell.

say if email id is not of the person who has applied for the same.

How can i file papers for cancellation of his/ her din as per rule 11(b)

For rule 11 point no 2 also, an application shall be made in form DIR 5, by DIN holder to surrender his or her DIN along with the declaration that he has never been appointed as the Director in the Company and Din has never been used for filing of any document with the authority , the CG may deactivate the DIN

Provided that for deactivation of DIN , CG may verify the records.
