DIN application rejected ? Remedy

You need not to apply for fresh provisional DIn. you can use the same DIN & SRN which you had earlier submitted.

Dear Rajesh,

Your question is your DIN application ( DIN1) has got rejected and you want to know if you can apply again with the same DIN and SRN number.

As per my knowledge you will have to apply afresh for DIN with new DIN Number

You need not apply for fresh DIN online. Pls prepare the application once again with photographs and signatures duly attested and send to DIN cell. You need not even attach the supporting documents again. But remember to enter the SRN of payment on the application.

The particulars of your father's name filled in application form do not match with the particulars of your father's name in the enclosed evidence.

it is rejected 4th time before it i have my name is single jyoti father name is also single in pan card and bank statement for that i have given affidavet now i have mention my name as jyoti and last name my father name (dharambir singh), and my father name  as dharambir singh and last name as randfather name(randhir singh) in pan car and bank statement have same name dharambir singh.... now what is the solution of that.

in new form what name i will mention for my father name

You don't need to obtained the fresh DIN No., you can apply with the same no. within 60 days from the date of generation of DIN No. but yes please keep in mind that after 60 days you DIN No. will be cancelled by the DIn authorities and you will have to obtain a fresh DIN.
