DIN application

No need of form 25 bcoz he is nt MD/WTD/Manager so no need.

No form 23 is needed for additional director is required only form 32 required and for filing form 32 you must have DIN of director.

HE is a WTD of the Company.

I think there is not much point of discussion. You have appointed the person on the board without DIN number --- that is fine.

But now you can not file any ROC form without having a valid DIN number. Valid DIN number here means DIN approved from MCA. So first apply for DIN and get it approved from MCA.

Since the director must hav DIN  so an application should be made in DIN-1 form available at MCA site and send its printed copy to MCA DIN CELL for approval. After Approval Intimate the Company About the approved DIN in DIN-2 form. nothing more has to be done.

A person to be appointed as a director must possess a DIN. So, the person should be allotted a DIN and it should be approved. Later on, company have to file Form 32.

A Company can not appoint any Person if he doesnt hold the DIN. DIN is Compulsory.

So, First of apply for the DIN, then appoint the Person as Director.

Moreover, DIN 2 and DIN 3 forms are applicable to those directors are only, who holds the Directorship in the Company before the Launch of MCA21.

And no need for filling DIN 2/DIN 3 if the Director is appointed after Launch of MCA21.

So, In ur Company no need for DIN2.
