DIN and Form 32

Form-32 is not required as there is no change in directorship. However file DIN -2 as early as possible and check the DIN FAQ available at the link below:

You have to file Form 32 by paying late charges, waite for 1 or 2 days.Once the Form 32 is approved and master data is updated you can file form 20b as his DIN number will be already updated in the system.

DIN 2 is compulsory because that is the intimation of DIN by th edirector to the company, after that the company has to file DIN 3 as an intimation to RoC by the company. As you mentioned that DIN 3 is not required, you need to file only Form 32 and once the Master data updates you can file form 20b and other eforms by using the DIN

FORM -32 FILE KARNA PADEGA, BECAUSE IT WAS NOT FILED AFTER APPOINTMENT THATS WHY SYSTEM WERE NOT SHOWING THEIR NAME IN SIGNATORY DETAILS

I have one basic query. In the year 2008, Form 32 for appointment of Director could be filed only with approved DIN and not on the basis of provisional DIN.

If the Directors were appointed in 2008, then how come their DIN and details are not appearing in MCA as the Form 32 for appointment should have approved DIN only. Did the Company filed Form 32 or not?

Even in the year 2008 , we were able to file form 32 even with provisional DIN. I think it is at the mid end of 2008 that the compulsory of approved DIN was made by  MCA 21. In this case you have to file DIN 3 as the approved DIN has to be filed with RoC. Once you file this I am sure that the details will update in the master data.

Kindly rectify if I am wrong.

Dear Friend

For finding your company name and CIN, follow the following procedure:

1. Go on www.mca.gov.in
2. Click on MCA 21 on right side of MCA portal
3. Click on other services on left side 
4. For finding CIN, please click on first option of other service
5. In first option, you have different to find CIN
6. For finding company name, click on option 3 of other services
7. First you click on select option which shows different option to find your company name.
