Dear Sir/Madam,
If we apply for DIN number for new Director it's is mandatory to be signed by CA/CS??
Or any one existing Director can sign and proceed for new Director DIN allotment because in DIR-3 form "Director" option is also coming by default under Category?
Please clarify... Thanks in advance.
Is DIR-4 is mandatory to attached with DIR-3 application?
