1. In which form DIN is to be applied? DIN1 or DIN 3.
2. How to self attest the documents?
3. Does DSC neccessary for the applicant?
4. Affidavit is to be verified by ca/cs etc. or notary?

For DIN the forms have been revised as per Companies Act 2013. For obtaining DIN the form is DIR-3.
The DIR-3 has to be submitted after obtaining Digital Signature. The other requirements are Affidavit in form DIR-4.
