With effect from 25.12.2012, verification format is replaced by affidavit that has to be annexed alongwith DIN1.

The affidavit should be on Rs 10 non judidical stamp paper & has to be notarised.

But by mistake., overlooked the matter & made the required changes in plain paper instead of stamp paper.,

The din has been aprroved but the mistake has to be rectified.

Can any one suggest me the remedy to rectify the mistake?
