There is never a digital signature on the gst registration certificate.
because of deemed registration signature is not appearing on the certificate

Yea, I would like to know too? Was this solved? I have the exact same issue.
The registration type mentioned in the Reg-06 is regular & not deemed
Further You can sign through DSC on the Reg-06.
Bank Cannot demand all these if using your PAN they can See your GSTIN as active on the portal. It's just Nuisance on their part. Connect with the bank manger and get ur issue resolved.
