Quick Summary
A common issue arises when banks deny a GST registration certificate due to a missing digital signature. However, GST certificates, especially for deemed registrations, do not typically feature a digital signature. The PAN card allows banks to verify GSTIN status on the portal. If you encounter this, try discussing it with the bank manager, as it may be a misunderstanding on their part.

There is never a digital signature on the gst registration certificate.

because of deemed registration signature is not appearing on the certificate

did you solve this situation?

Yea, I would like to know too? Was this solved? I have the exact same issue.

The registration type mentioned in the Reg-06 is regular & not deemed

Further You can sign through DSC on the Reg-06.

Bank Cannot demand all these if using your PAN they can See your GSTIN as active on the portal. It's just Nuisance on their part. Connect with the bank manger and get ur issue resolved.
