Digital signature in reporting portal

I need to update digital signature on reporting portal in income tax ie.report.insight as the digital signature of the authorization person has expired.

After logging in it shows edit certificate under digital signature. I don't know in which format the dsc has to be updated and how. Can anyone let me know the same asap

For uploading Form 60, 61A, 61B, these Statements need to be digitally signed by the Designated Director of the Reporting Entity.

The steps to upload a digital signature are as follows:

Step 1: Go to Profile section of Reporting Portal.

Step 2: Click Upload Digital Signature from the sidebar.

Step 3: Click Upload/Edit Certificate to locate the digital signature file on your computer machine. (In case you are uploading certificate for the first time, user will get suggested text as “upload certificate”)

Step 4: Select the file and click Upload

For Selection of digital certificate it accepts only .cer file how to generate the file

It is provided by DSC provider, when you order java compatible DSC, i.e you receive DSC files with .cer, .p7s or .p7b file extension.  So, contact your DSC provider, in case you have not received the same.
