Difficulty in register as student

I have to register myself as a student with icai.....but when I am trying to get register it is said that I had already been register....somehow I got my user id but I forgot my password....and they r sending me a link on my rocketmail id for password...but the problem is that I also forgot the pass word of my rocketmail. id ....so plz tell me what to do I need the password to get register for orientation
