I have applied for membership as an associate member of ICAI. I have received a mail that u have not sought icai permission for during other course B.com during the period of articleship training. I am sure that i have submiited the form 112. Now what can i do?? I think i have not obtained the acknowledgment while submitting the form 112 or if i have obtained it i might have misplaced it.Please suggest some remedy.
