I have applied for membership as an associate member of ICAI. I have received a mail that u have not sought icai permission for during other course B.com during the period of articleship training. I am sure that i have submiited the form 112. Now what can i do?? I think i have not obtained the acknowledgment while submitting the form 112 or if i have obtained it i might have misplaced it.Please suggest some remedy.

It is not necessary to just submit and get acknowledgement of Form 112. Once you submit it, it is processed by ICAI and then they issue a letter permitting to pursue the other course. So even if you find your acknowledgment, the Institute will only ask for the permission letter.
