differential tax in Tran 1 form.

we have closing ITC of VAT of Rs.12 lacs with outstanding C-Forms of Rs.10 crore for the FY 2017-18.In that case I have to pay Rs.30 Lacs differential tax to avail ITC of Rs.12 lacs.now if I file tran 1 form in above situation and I receive pending c forms after filling tran 1 form.wether i will be entitle to claim differential tax paid Rs.30 Lacs.
