Aadhar and pan both are different dob then how to filling itr

You may file ITR using adhar number, later on apply for correction in adhar or pan and link pan with adhar on or before 30.9.2019

you can file itr without any problem judge you won't be able to link aadhaar & pan & can't do evc through aadhaar otp... makes changes in aadhaar to link with pan

we could not able to file ITR without Linking PAN and Aadhar... Is there any other option to file ITR even if PAN and Aadhar not linked?

ITR can be filed without linking PAN with aadhar till 30.09.2019.

But Aadhar no. or acknowledgement no. is mandatory for ITR of AY 2019-20.

You can quote aadhar no for ITR filing, but for its linking with PAN get the defects rectified at earliest.

Nope.. I have tried IT Filling but without linked it could not be filed icon displays
