Quick Summary
This discussion addresses discrepancies between the Annual Aggregate Turnover (AATO) shown on the GST portal and the turnover reported in GSTR 9 for AY 2020-21. Common causes for these differences include unfiled invoices, incorrect reporting of zero-rated or exempt supplies, and HSN code mismatches. The thread clarifies that GSTR 9C can be used to rectify such variances, as GSTN allows edits to the AATO figure if it appears incorrect.
Yes turnover should be different due to non filing of any invoices or due to not showing any zero rated supplies or due to mismatch of HSN code or showing exempt supplies as regular supplies etc.
Without filing how it accounted in gstr 9 and not accounted in AATO. There is the confusion araise. As per our data gstr 9 turn over greater than AATO. (simply one month turnover missing). how to rectify it.
