My 26 AS and AIS figure has a difference. The figure in the AIS is less by Rs 25801 compare to 26 AS figure. Do I edit my file in the head income from other sources and then proceed or keep it with the prefilled data. Have some confusion which figure I have to take?

If your Form 26AS data are correct, edit prefilled ITR data to that effect. No need to change AIS data.
I will not change my AIS data and think to go with 26 AS data. Regarding the correctness of 26 AS how can I check it's correctness? Any idea ?
From books of account of assessee. Generally, form 26AS data are more reliable, than AIS reporting.
I like to follow 26 AS.
Oh God I have STDR, RD , SCSS accounts , now it is not impossible but really tedious job. However will try don;t know . Can u provide me the excel sheet for calculations.
