Please explain the difference between teh corporate office & registered office of the company. I do understand that the Regd off is place where the co is being registered, but what is Corporate office?

Coporate office-: where corporate activities (Communication with all authorities, clients, maintenance of statutory registers, etc.) are done by the company..
Registered Office - Name of Office which is registered with MCA in Form18, for carrying out all activities.
