Circulation means: the transmission or passage of anything from place to place or person to person: the circulation of moneyor the distribution of copies of a periodical among readers/the number of copies of each issue of a newspaper, magazine, etc

On the other hand, Distribution is a process/stage in the marketing of a product. It includes transporting, merchandising, and selling of any product through some agency, usually called “distributor” who sells to the retailer.

If I asked this difference from the view point of prospectus i.e prospectus circulated & prospectus distributed, then what will be your answer?Read sec 34 of Co. Act 2013 to better understand my question.
