Didn't received CPT marksheet

I cleared CPT in 2011 and didn't received any physical marksheet. I don't have any printout or screenshot of that marksheet also. How can I get that result now. After becoming CA does it requires to have CPT result for getting job or membership number?

Contact examination department as soon as possible immediately otherwise it will cause problems in future
