Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Place of Supply (POS) rules under the IGST Act for a 'bill to ship to' situation. When goods are billed to a Pune firm but shipped to Rajasthan, the POS is considered Pune, the principal place of business. Therefore, IGST should be charged on the invoice. The Pune firm will then invoice the actual receiver in Rajasthan, also charging IGST.

As per section 10(1)(b) of the IGST Act , this is Case of Bill to ship to , Bill to Pune and ship to Rajasthan , in such Case place of supply will be principal place of business that is Pune , so you have to charge IGST .

Take others opinion as well.
Ok sir thank

Completely Agreed

Then, Pune based persons will issue invoice to Actual Receiver(based in Rajasthan) and also charge IGST
