Haryana Form VAT C4 & Form VAT D1

Can u please describe the difference between D-2 & H form. As per my knowledge both form issued if we are export the material.

I'm a non commerce student currently doing job as an accountant in a company and i have no idea about these forms and details about how, when, why, whom, to issue and if i done any mistake in this forms all details about it. Can you help me in this matters
