DSC Registration on MCA V3 Portal

Hello,
I have one issue regarding registration of DSC of director that in one case while creating business I'd of director there is an issue that the mobile number which already in master data on which OTP came is not available and now if I want to update director mobile number for this while filing DIR 3 KYC there is an issue that DSC is not registered on MCA portal. So please guide me what to do in this case.
