I sell rural agricultural land in 2022 of Rs 1300000 which I purchased in 2014 Rs 380000 .

To avoid future enquiry, it is always advisable to file relevant ITR and declare the sell under Schedule..'Exempt Income'..
Filing is not required but file ITR to avoid future discrepancy.
