CLAIMING ITC FOR NIL FILING

Greetings !!

My turnover is less than 20 lakhs and have a gst registration .. how do i claim itc ??

Hi BKD

if you have registration then even if it is less than 20L , you have to charge gst on each bill the yiu raise ( starting from rupee 1)

further answering to your question, input you cab claim as usual by availing it in GSTR 3B.

SINCE MY COMPANY REVENUE WAS LESS THEN RS 20 LAKHS I WAS FILING NIL GST3B THOUGH IN GSTR1 I PROVIDED THE DETAILS .. AND CLAIM ITC ON PRODUCTS BOUGHT FOR COMPANY USE .. HOPE THAT IS OK ??
