do v need to wait until tax paid appears in 26as or v can file return immediately?

Now a days, due to technical problem, it is advisable to wait for the challan to appear in 26AS, and file 'no tax liability' return; otherwise demand is being raised.
How many days would it take for challan to appear?
Generally, 2 to 3 working days............
