Not able to register as CA on income tax portal
I am a chartered accountant enrolled as a member of ICAI w.e.f. 01-04-2021. I tried to register as a chartered accountant on the new efiling portal but the portal displays an error message that my date of enrollment is invalid. The same date is evidenced by my ICAI member card. I mailed this incident to the efilingwebmanager but got no reply from them. Please suggest me what can be done in this situation.

Registration
- Step 1: Go to the e-Filing portal homepage, click Register.
- Step 2: Click Others and select category as Chartered Accountant and click Continue.
- Step 3: Enter all the mandatory details like PAN, Name, DOB, Membership Number and Enrollment Date on the Basic Details page and click Continue.
I am facing a similar issue. All details entered are correct and matching as per records of ICAI. However, the when I click continue the error is displayed that enrolment date is invalid.

Kindly wait. SSP portal data is now integrated with new portal and there is some schema matching error in enrollment date field.
How much time it will take to resolve such error
