i purchased house Rs 55,00,000 and TDS deposited Rs 55,000 as a buyer , How i can get refund and filling of ITR -2 which column . I am eligible to get refund . please clarify

You can't get any refund . only your seller will be eligible to get refund.
You can always refer form 26 as in income tax website to see tds deducted on your pan that is eligible for claiming refund
