An Individual who is earning small income through coaching wants to file, though she is non taxable, ITR 3 should be filed in this case?

Yes but it's better to file itr 4
ITR 4 asks for presumptive income. He just wants to file to show 2 lac income
I think Itr 4 there is 44AD where coaching also comes under if it's not income from proffestional

So, if your income is less than basic Exemption limit i.e less than 2,50,000 than you are not required to file income tax return as per income tax Act, 1961
I think it's totally depend on your income source. for just compliance we are not suggest any ITR without knowing your income source.
