Wait for the Official Notification. The system will be updated only after the Official Notification is issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs ( CBIC ). So kindly don't file your Returns now. We have 3 months ( 01/07/2020 to 30/09/2020 ) to file our Returns without Late Fees / Reduced Late Fees.

Kindly allow the permission 3b revised

But for period after jan 2020 late fees shall be from original due date . so if we wait for july then for feb march april month late fees shall be from original due date. so what to do
