Dear All,

Please clarify whether in case of Bill to ship to transactions, ship to party's address and GSTN is mandatory on the Invoice.

No need if the party is URD.

If he is registered then GSTIN is required.

Raja sir do not fully agree. Address applicable in all cases where it is not same as the recipient's (bill to party) address. Rule 46(o).

Although, no mention of GSTIN being mandatory. Although, suggest to disclose on conservative basis.

If a party having gstin then it will be shown in e-way bill. right...?!

Yes sir but here question is on tax invoice and not e-way bill.
