Can we file IT Return for the FY 2017-18 now??

No belated return can only be filled upto end of relevant assessment year i.e 31/03/2019

That means I am not to file that year return so what can I do hereafter

You may file in response to notice u/s 142(1) if notice is received from IT dept.

Else you may visit the Income Tax Officer and submit a request letter to allow ITR filing which is called condonation of delay for AY-2018-19 (FY/PY-2017-18)

@ Mr Prakash Rijal.,

No way for filling ITR for the FY 17-18 in normal provisions...

But, In case You want to claim any Refund or Carry forward loss then You can try to file Condonation delay request to Your jurisdictional CIT. The request accepted by CIT/AO then You can file with the acceptance of request...

The last date to file belated ITR was 31-03-2019

For specified reasons it is possible to file now but with approval of condonation of delay by jurisdictional CIT under 119(2)(b).
