my accountant file Dec month gstr3b filed on 20 Jan.he took ITC as per books (take ITC missing in 2A also). it's any problem please guide me

Difference of 2a to books doesn't exceed 20 percent, otherwise no problem sir

From october onwards , u r only allowed allowed to take 20% of credit , of the bills only in 2A and not in your books.

But the rule again changed , from January 2020 onwards u can take only 10% credit of the bills , only on 2A and not in your books

Dec 2019 20 percent itc variations only allowed, jan2020 10 percent

Sir Some of our suppliers filing qrtrly basis(we r regular)in that time how we can take itc?. bcz they file in the march20 month. Jan, feb month ka liability hamara jyadha ayegana sir. Pls suggast me. advance thanks
