There is no limit for GST liability under RCM.

RCM is prescribed in Section 9(4) & 9(3).

Section 9(4) is on inward supply from URD , & As of Today the same has been applicable only on Promoter /Developer. (Refer Notification 7/2019 ,CT (r)

Section 9(3) is on inward supply of Goods & Services , for the same the Notification 13/2017 CT (r) is issued prescribing RCM on services & Notification 4/2017 CT. (R ) on Goods

Eg Services : GTA, Advocate,DSA, renting of Motor Vehicle, sponsorship etc
Goods : Cashew Nuts, bidi wraper, tobocco leaves, silk yarn (From Agriculturist. )
