We have recently registered a RWA for our colony (under Societies Registration Act, 1860)
I have the following queries:
1) When we apply for PAN card of the Society, we will register as - 'ASSOCIATION OF PERSONS' OR 'BODY OF INDIVIDUALS'?
2) Will we be required to pay income tax on contributions received from members?
