When will the application for CA final 2019 exam be started ?

the application for Nov 19 Ca final exam would begin from end of August 19 and 30 days duration will be provided for filling the form. As CA Final result are predicted to be announced on August 22 the application date are also postponed. The result date prediction is based on 2014 may exam which was also commenced on May 27, 2014 being in line with May 19 exam.
