How to remove disqualification of director when company did not file
financial of last three year?,And ROC struck off company name, So give me answer with supporting.

Your question is not clear.
However if company does not file return for 3 years director is disqualified for a period of 5 years from self as well as othe companies directorship.
So director is disqualified then how to remove disqualification of such director??? I asking the same
Once disqualified can not do anything.. period of 5 years must complete .. refer sec 164 (2) (a)..
